Charming handmade small dolls house cottage I would say 40s or 50s Im not too sure Has been redone a couple of years ago could do with a refresh. I would say 12th scale cant be too sure though. Not too big would fit perfectly on a shelf if you are short on space. Height 18.5 inches. Depth 8.5 inches. Ceiling to floor 6 inches. Small scale 12th scale furniture does fit in this house. This house deserves to be shown off and loved. Although has a rustic charm now as it is. Please note this house it very old and not in perfect condition. Few hair line cracks expected with age. Almost looks folk art style Needs to be shown off beautiful! Door does not open and has a crack. Wooden floor downstairs has few imperfections and bubbles. I pack very well with enough padding to protect the items. I take no responsibility if damaged In transit I will wrap very well. No signs of woodworm.
