Conservatory height to gutters is 9 inches. All in original condition except the green felt grass has been freshly laid. All of the glass looks to be acrylic. Three of the windows have not been fixed. Two sets of door open and close. Many different size flower pots and artificial plants. I see many dolls houses but very few conservatives like this.
