Vintage handmade Edwardianl wooden dolls house – exceptional quality. Painted wood construction with gables roof, two storey. Three bayed opening, front, back and side. Dimensions : To update exact dimensions – it is approx 3 ft high (half way up the 6ft person standing next to it) 43 inches wide, 28 inches deep overall. I think the scale is 1:6. Used condition – missing some of the chimney parts and one of the windows is broken. Please study the photographs as they form part of the description – more photos of the interior to follow. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONDITION & COLLECTION NOTES. This sale is for a KidKraft Grand Estate Dollhouse, which is now a out of stock item, so this is becoming very rare. It comes with lots of furniture as you can see from the photos and it has the functions of lights and sounds. It also can fit up to 12 dolls such as Barbie. This dollhouse is made mainly from wood which will need constructing (instructions inside). Dimensions when built: Long 133.3 cm, Depth 43.3 cm, Height 150.2 cm. Dimensions of box: 114 x 46 x 21 cm. CONDITION: This is brand new and sealed. The last photo shows the original seal (tape), which is old and fragile. I have now opened it, to check the parts are all present and to reseal it with strong tape. The outer box is tatty and has some small tears. All the parts are secure and protected by a double wall cardboard. See photos for condition, no damage to the parts. Collection only as this is extremely heavy. Collection from Edgware HA8.
