Antique 1920s Wooden Gottschalk Germany German Farm Stables Doll House. Antique 1920s Wooden Gottschalk Germany Farm & Stables. Up for sale a nice old farm house & stables. Made by Gottschalk in the early 1920s. Comes complete with chicken coop and a drinking spot. There used to be a stable door on the right side (see picture for hinges). But the door is no longer there and not included. The farm is in pretty good condition. There is however a little damage. And has some paint restoration from previous owner. You can restore it or leave it as is. Such a nice characteristic farm house. The farm measures approx. 46 cm – 18 inch wide. 38 cm – 15 inch deep. 36 cm – 14 inch high. The issues with this little house are that it is dusty, the chimney is loose but holding on and in position. There are a few extra pieces of wood and fence that you can see from the pictures. I do not want to attempt to put it together because of the value of the antique might be tarnished, so the pieces will be included. Some of the pieces are loose around the bottom of the house as well. The wallpaper, curtains, and fencing are all there but look at the pictures for the condition. There are two hinged parts of the dollhouse that open up and allow the person to really get access to the play areas. It is 15 inches high–without the chimney. It is a beautiful antique with some imperfections so it is priced accordingly. Someone who knows what they are doing can do some repairs. ANTIQUE GERMAN WOODEN Diorama of a country STORE made by MORITZ GOTTSCHALK in Germany circa 1910. Full of Dollhouse Miniatures. I think the word Spielzeug (Toys) was added later. The back shelves and the counter are removable. You get everything here, including all of the antique and vintage miniatures! I think there might be some salesman samples in here too. Measures about 30 wide x 12 tall x 11 deep. The floor has some marker on it and some damage to wallpaper. Its not mint, its very old but thats the charm of it to me. See pics of these.
