New and Unused 12th scale Period Wooden Dollshouse. The house is a replica of a house and shop I saw on a visit to Stratford -on-Avon. Although in real life the ground floor was actually a shop, it could be fitted out as a compleate house/shop, or even a cafe with seating outside under the beams, with living quarters upstairs. The body and base is made from 9mm MDF. All windows, exterier and interier doors, outside beams and supporting posts, are from real wood, hand painted to suit the period. Period stye metal hinges on interier doors, and metal butterfly hinges used to allow both roof sections to be opened independently. Hand painted throughout, with the inside being painted in a neutral colour, ready to be changed if necessary. The base is finished with a realistic paving slab paper. Completly hand made throughout, with care and attention to detail. Constructed in a pet and smoke free environment. Size of house and shop; 73cm long, 33cm deep and 54cm high. Size of base is 82cm x 39cm. Size of rooms; Bottom left, 36cm wide, 29cm deep and 90cm high. Upper left, 36cm wide, 29cm deep and 80cm high. Upper right, 25cm wide, 26cm deep and 60cm high.
