Beautiful vintage barn play set. This set includes many items. The Auburn Arcor rubber animals and tractor all have some cracks from the rubber drying out. The horse fence is cracked on both top rails on the fencing. Small scratches on the top of main barns roof. And also scratches on chicken feeder and small stall barn. Over all condition is in great shape. These items would benefit greatly from a cleaning as they are a bit dusty. Measurements on large barn is 7.5 tall 23.5 long and 8.25 deep.
