Hardwood stair cases between floors, as per photos. The 3 attic rooms are revealed by lifting the front section of the roof, which is held up by a movable arm. There are two chimney stacks, one at either end of the house and there are 9 windows in total.

Hand crafted peg jointed wooden doll inspired by the antique Grodnertal dolls of days gone by. She started out as a block of wood – her body and limbs were turned on the lathe then cut, carved and jointed by hand. She is jointed at knees, hips, elbows and shoulders. Additionally, she has been crafted to allow her arms to move independently, allowing for a wider range of poses as demonstrated in the photos. She was going to be a tuck comb type but she fought me on that and has ended up being inspired by an early Grodnertal with a carved topknot. She also insisted on a gilded band around the hairdo, all in all quite a demanding little character! She has been hand painted and sealed to give her a more aged appearance. Finally, her outfit was made – you can see the undergarments in the photos. She is also signed with my initials on her back. She stands approx 5 7/8 inches tall overall, thanks to the hairstyle! Without that, her height would be approx 5 3/4 inches, so she is 1/12 scale or would fit a larger scale antique house very well. Please note : This is a decorative doll intended for collectors of 14 years of age and above. Keep away from young children. This listing is for a beautiful Verneuer wooden Dolls house. We gifted it to our daughter for Christmas 2019 but shes never shown it any love. Shes only interested in cars and crafting so its in beautiful condition. There are a few very minor indents and a small colour transfer as shown but otherwise its like new. You will receive the dolls house and bathroom furniture set. PLEASE NOTE THE MAILEG MICE & OTHER FURNITURE PIECES ARE NOT INCLUDED. It is made of pine wood and provided with an alder roof. In many sanding operations and by a high-quality treatment with natural oils, the surface receives the unique velvety effect. The sweeping living areas, which are connected by a central staircase , and the pretty balcony at the back of the house encourage an imaginative game. Since the balcony still has to be screwed on with two screws, the warning applies (see below). Design is inspired by nature. Care instructions: Simply wipe off with a damp cloth. Handcrafted with solid wood, and painted in a muted green gray shade. The walls have great small details, and tiny nail heads. The roof and sides have real glass windows. The floor is a red clay brick. The wooden wall shelves are attached to the structure. Includes the two wooden benches. 6″ wide x 2.5″ high. 4″ wide x 2.5″ high.
