Plan Toys Wooden Dolls House. This is a beautiful, solid and sturdy dolls house which doubles as a lovely piece of furniture within any room of the house. I’ll be sad to see this go but we desperately need the space and this isn’t getting the play and love it deserves. The house is set over 3 floors with two sets of double (and removable) stairs as shown in the pictures. The top of the roof opens up for easy access while playing – this also comes away to make more play space as does the 3rd floor walls. There are 4 rooms across the 2 lower floors and two rooms and a landing space on the 3rd. The front of the house had an opening front door. The house overall is in excellent condition with very few marks as I’ve made sure no pens or colours were allow near the house and gentle play only! You have to when its as beautiful as it is! It has a lovely natural colour and has aged well whilst we’ve had it. The roof has had to be glued either side of the wooden hinge as we did have a little accident with it! This has been glued once with the proper wood glue, we haven’t had any problems since and it is hardly noticeable. The furniture included has a few pieces which are from the Plan Toy brand and the rest are another. A small handful of pieces are a little bit loose/wiggly and few of these have been glued. Again, these don’t impact playtime and they have given many an hour of enjoyment to my children. It also comes with 3 dolls- 2 are cable-limbed with wooden features and the fairy is from Le Toy Van. Sizing- From floor to top of chimney: 84cm Width: 64cm Depth: 32cm at the largest point (bottom). I’m more than happy to post as I have plenty of bubble wrap to protect it, but this will be sent as two separate parcels due to the size and weight. We are based in Thurnby, Leicestershire.
