Our Dickens’ family downsized from a larger house and never finished decorating, the contents have been painstakingly collected over many years and it really is delightful. This new house just needs painting and papering and it would be a stunning heirloom. There is a porcelain tea set, metal utensils, christmas dinner, high chair, christmas tree with presents, a backgammon set, miniature doll’s houses etc. The lamps and the tree lights need new batteries, especially the Tiffany lamp in the dining room, they are watch batteries and easily found in the shops. There are glowing coals in the fire grate which I could not photograph successfully and they need a new battery as well. It is 61 cm high, 31 cm deep and 52 cm wide.
