A beautiful kit built wooden (not MDF) dolls house. Its big and has the ability to have a basement added. The roof is hinged and front opens in 2. The staircases and front door are in place. The windows are basic no acrylic glazing. There are 2 chimney stacks. There are some marks on the attic back walls (it all needs decorating anyway) Ill give them a rub down when I can. Basically this is a bare bones house for you to do up as you want.. This was going to be a lock down project but the real house demanded attention!!! This may take several days to pack. I try to post same day/ next day but some items need special packing hence 3/5 day dispatch times. PERFUMES CANNOT BE POSTED OVERSEAS – nor can some restricted items like those subject to CITES… Such as lighters, uranium/ Vaseline glass… S daft but they get spooked by Geiger counters going off!!! These restricted items sadly get destroyed!! I will deliver over a reasonable distance subject to agreement over fuel cost! You can collect at any time as a rule.
