1/12th Scale Collectors Wooden Dolls House/Shop. The main house measures 20ins/51cm wide, 24ins/61cms tall (excluding chimneys), 14.5ins/37cm deep. The kitchen/roof terrace extension measures 12ins/31cm wide, 12ins/31cm tall, 12ins/31cm deep. The main house/shop is made from a kit and is fully painted and decorated, the extension was designed and handmade by me so is totally unique. All the accessories are included many of which I have handmade. Some rooms are furnished and some partly furnished. I had planned to make the ground floor into a shop but it could also be a tea room or just another room in the house. The base is included free of charge if it is required. This is a collectors item and has never been played with by a child so is in good condition. I have not attached the hinges on the two front opening panels as I found it easier to work on if they were removed but they could be easily attached by anyone with a little DIY knowledge.
