OOAK 1/12th scale dolls house handmade miniature scene in old wooden clock case

OOAK 1/12th scale dolls house handmade miniature scene in old wooden clock case. This was made by me for a dolls house club competition where the theme was to make a scene in an unusual container. I did a little hobby room/ study with a view through the window of Robin Hoods Bay in North Yorkshire. The desk and chair are made from kits by Jane Harrop and i made almost all the other contents myself. They include a real glass wine bottle, writing case, letter rack, pen pot, cyclamen potted plant, tiny glass animal ornaments, real silver Crocodile and Train charms, cat scratching post and a variety of books, magazine holders with contents, Potted African violets and a handmade teddy. On the ceiling is a metal disc to which you could affix a battery operated light fitting (not included) if you wish. I have not dusted it as i feel that it adds a sense of age, but if you wish you can gently clean the contents using a soft paintbrush. All contents are fixed in place and i cannot guarantee that none will be dislodged in transit though i will take every care to package it carefully. If this should occur they can easily be reaffixed using tacky glue or grip wax. Measures 29.5cms tall x 22.5cms wide at base x 15.5cms deep approx. This is quite a heavy piece and nicely trimmed with brass detail. There is a small dent in the wooden case on top at the rear- see photo- but i don’t think this detracts since it is an antique piece. From a smoke free home. A reluctant sale, i just don’t have the room anymore since moving to a smaller house.
