Very large piece some paint loss were. This is a wonderful vintage wooden dolls house, built in the Georgian style with a Tudor twist. This kit built home has been almost finished but sadly not completed. Stairs need to be erected and complete decoration. Placed on a heavy baseboard which is large enough for a patio/garden area to be made. There is no limit to its potential. Very very heavy and would only fit into a large hatchback / Estate car or van. Height 30″ plus chimneys (not fitted) additional 9″. Collection only from Broughton NR Huntingdon Cambs.

Dollhouse Beautiful Custom Built Colonial Dura Craft Wooden. 17″ W x 15.5″ H x 9. I believe this is Dura Craft but not 100%. I don’t see any tags or labels etc. Shame it was packed away with the pop corn ending up sticking to outside. I’m not sure of the best process to remove it. Overall good condition with some repairs needed but still solid built. I have tried to list as accurately as possible. If you believe I have something wrong. A wonderful old wooden Dolls House with plenty of detail and character, beautiful carved fireplaces, wooden floors and glass windows. The exterior is painted brick red with moss green trim. The 3 rooms are very large, the ground floor would work well as a shop with living accommodation in the other 2 rooms. External dimensions are 40ins high x 17ins deep x 23ins wide. Extra large scratch built wooden dolls house, superb size and in a good fair condition for age and use. Some windows/doors and guttering need repaired and placed back on but as pictured, these pieces are included. Its a dolls house not only of great size but also great quality, the interior fittings are lovely – the fireplaces, staircase and doors all look great. Also attached to a large wooden board ensuring stability when moving around too. Theres also enough left enough to put your own stamp on it ie with the walls and carpets, and then fill with suitable furniture too. Opens up on both sides via hinges as pictured. The roof is closed off but sounds hollow so theres scope for a loft conversion too! Measures 81 x 61.5 x 70cm.
