All room dividers, stairs and windows are removable to allow customisation. It has been repainted and is ready for further decoration. Would love to find this a new home as it is perfectly suitable to play with and has just been sat in storage for more than a decade. Many of the fabric items (beds, sofas, cushions) are stained with dust from time in storage. Several items are damaged including one of the antique looking dining chairs, the bedroom mirror and the father is missing his arm, all pictured. Georgian Three Storey Dolls House, Hand built 1/2th scale to a very high specification. Made from top quality birch faced plywood, hardwood edged, painted roof tiles, decorated outside and throughout, including all skirtings, architraves and cornice. Electrified, and includes transformer. Heavy duty baseboard for moving around. Small amount of furniture, however, not used and furnished much, as by the time I finished the house my daughter was about 17!!!! Full inspection can be arranged Overall dimensions are 540mm deep x 1040mm wide x 870mm high. Really beautiful house and it pains me to sell it given that it took almost 2.5 years to finish, however, the space can be used and it would be lovely to know that someone could enjoy it, as much as I enjoyed building it. More pictures can be sent if required. Also, as I could do with moving it on, I will accept a reasonable offer. This 4 storey Georgian townhouse even has rooms in the attic and the basement extension too. Comes with enough furniture to fill the house and is occupied by a dad and his 3 children. Dad is currently a single parent no idea where mum went! But he is looking for the love of his life to fill this wonderful home with a nice big blended family! Few scuffs and marks in places from previous use. Basement level the front is a little stiff to open where it drags on the floor – I think a few of the door dowels may have been replaced but seem to work OK. Otherwise it is undamaged and in good condition. Hand crafted to a very high standard with a hinged roof having the addition of two lift-off chimneys. Split front opening; standard wiring to each room; sash open/close windows and interior doors, a one off that cost many hours to make.
