Features include large bay windows, room dividers, a loft ladder, opening sash windows and a reversible roof panel to form a garden path. Suitable for ages – 3 years+. 61 x 35 x 67cm. Also included are 4x furniture sets and doll set. All have been used so some minor wear and tear – see details below. Dolls house – in great condition apart from repair to rear roof (can’t be seen from front), new roof sections included. Rosebud Kitchen – complete apart from missing towel (replaced with a different one) and some damage to the fridge, it has some chips at edges and the door has been repaired. Rosebud Bathroom – complete. Some wear on edges of bath. Rosebud Drawing Room – complete. Small crack at top of piano, 2 x chairs and stool have been repaired. 2 x cushion ribbons have been repaired. Rosebud Children’s Bedroom – complete but no box. Rocking horse has been repaired. All boxes available apart from above.
