Extremely large dolls house that we have decided to sell due to moving. The house does have a couple of issues. Both of the hinged side panels have bowed and the house will require finishing. Electrics have been fitted but i have never tested them. I have a box that contains some sash windows and few other bits and bobs that will go with it. Its an absolutely beautiful item and has been built to a high standard. The house is solid and mounted on casters so its easier to move around as its very heavy. It stands at 4ft tall X 24″ wide X approx 34″ front to back taking into account the parts that protrude like the front steps and rear section of roof. This house really need to be finished and rectified/restored by someone who knows what they are doing. It’ll be sad to see it go but we’ve had it for 10 years now and had the best intentions of doing something with it for my daughter but just never got round to it and now looking at moving house.
