A great dolls house or book shelf.. Hight is 105cm to the tip of the roof (82cm high to sides of roof) the width is 77cm, and depth 33cm at the base, other 2 shelves 24cm. It could do with a bit of touching up of the paint if you want to make it like new (also one dent on right corner of roof). My kids loved playing with this and then as they got older it was a perfect books case for all size books, holds 100’s. It’s the perfect Christmas gift for a Maisy fan.
