A lovely doll house and is great for someone who is looking for a little project. The roof does come off and the two top rooms do not have the decor and are unfurnished. The wiring has been applied ready for lighting. The rest of the rooms have furniture. The furniture and accessories are vintage and are made by Lundby and Jean. The tea pot in the photographs is missing a spout, I have replaced this with another tea pot with spout. A cupboard is missing a handle, but otherwise it is all in good condition. The kitchen floor has discoloured due to age and there are a few minor little knocks here and there, but nothing that affects the beauty of the item.
