This kit built home has been almost finished but sadly not completed. Stairs need to be erected and complete decoration. Placed on a heavy baseboard which is large enough for a patio/garden area to be made. There is no limit to its potential. Very very heavy and would only fit into a large hatchback / Estate car or van. Height 30″ plus chimneys (not fitted) additional 9″. Collection only from Broughton NR Huntingdon Cambs.
