Original hinges on right side which open up front of house. There is no back, according to the remnants around the nails it appears it had a cardboard backing at one time. This is no longer there, the mounting nails are accounted for. Front door intact and working. Two story house with A frame roof and pergola on the front. House is in sturdy condition with the wonderful look of “played with” condition through the years! House has a small front stoop with roof and column supports and steps down from the platform. Original hook and nail to hold the front of house closed no longer hooks completely down on nail however they are still intact. This may need a small adjustment by the new owner to get the door to hook as it should, I will not force it down. Original curtains showing through the windows add to the vintage look. I will leave the delicate cleaning up to the new owner if preferred. Measures 12 3/4″ tall to top of A frame roof, chimney adds an additional 1 1/2″. Platform is 9″ wide x 6 1/4″ deep. House is 8″ wide x 5″ deep. There is no major damage to house, all original paint and litho with normal wear. Will be wrapped well and insured for travel.
