This is a rare opportunity to add to your collection. A meticulously hand crafted solid wood. Greenhouse / potting shed. Measures 11.5″ high x 12″ wide x 10 deep. Handcrafted with solid wood, and painted in a muted green gray shade. The walls have great small details, and tiny nail heads. The roof and sides have real glass windows. The floor is a red clay brick. The wooden wall shelves are attached to the structure. Includes the two wooden benches. 6″ wide x 2.5″ high. 4″ wide x 2.5″ high. Includes the 3 white metal stand and all of the pots shown 22 pcs. Also includes the 5 doll shown. Porcelain face, hands, and legs. The body is fabric. One of the potting benches is marked on the bottom. A Snails Pace, Cranbury NJ. I do not know if the entire set is constructed by them…… What I can say is that this room is a very stury. Hand Made 1988 Wooden Tudor Dolls House, 8 Rooms, Attic, Furniture, 100 X 60cm. This was made in 1988 in Stowmarket, Suffolk by E O Carlyon. Not sure if it was bought from Covent Garden dolls house shop as theirs a brochure in the attic which is included and a letter from the builder. It has some authentic furniture included, there are lights but unsure if they work. Condition is very good and clean. Their are some tools and materials that were used to make furniture and fittings included in both attics. Very Large 4ft tall Hand Made Wooden Dolls House

Extremely large dolls house that we have decided to sell due to moving. The house does have a couple of issues. Both of the hinged side panels have bowed and the house will require finishing. Electrics have been fitted but i have never tested them. I have a box that contains some sash windows and few other bits and bobs that will go with it. Its an absolutely beautiful item and has been built to a high standard. The house is solid and mounted on casters so its easier to move around as its very heavy. It stands at 4ft tall X 24″ wide X approx 34″ front to back taking into account the parts that protrude like the front steps and rear section of roof. This house really need to be finished and rectified/restored by someone who knows what they are doing. It’ll be sad to see it go but we’ve had it for 10 years now and had the best intentions of doing something with it for my daughter but just never got round to it and now looking at moving house. Somewhere roughly around there as it has been in my grandmothers attic for many years…. I have hand painted it in pink, mustard and wine….. It is made of plywood….. Height is 27 inches… Width is 21 inches…. Depth is 16 inches… The roof is separate and so are the stairs inside and the front mustard coloured pillars….. The front door opens too… The front of the roof lifts up and both sides of the front open out…. You will need to get some wood glue to stick on the roof if you want to as it could fall if not secured….. It would be secured with bubble wrap for transport…. And may even send it as two separate parcels. It is a work of art and a piece of history.. Its not perfect and does have some little painting flaws… The item “Dolls house.
